Aiko Minematsu is a lecturer at Seikei Institute of International Studies in Seikei University. She holds a master's degree in TESOL from Teachers College Columbia University. Her research interests include teacher training, teacher beliefs, international education, and learner/teacher autonomy.

成蹊大学国際教育センター常勤講師。コロンビア大学ティーチャーズ・カレッジTESOL（英語教授法）修士課程修了。主な研究テーマは教師教育、教師認知、帰国子女教育、学習者と教師のオートノミー。
Andy Barfield
Andy Barfield teaches in the Faculty of Law at Chuo University in Tokyo. His doctoral studies focused on learners' second language collocation development. Andy's interests include learner development, teacher education, global migration issues, international internship, and multilingualism.
